Project Overview

GRANDEE’s Access to Education for Women initiative supports Afghan women affected by educational restrictions by delivering free, high-quality digital learning through AI-powered platforms. The project offers remote training in technical skills, language learning, and professional development, helping women gain competencies needed for sustainable employment. By partnering with companies and job networks, the program also connects learners to remote work opportunities, enabling financial independence and long-term resilience. This initiative not only bridges the digital education gap but also empowers women to reclaim agency and contribute meaningfully to their communities, even in the face of systemic barriers.
