GRANDEE is actively pursuing an ongoing initiative focused on expanding access to education for women in Afghanistan through digital technology and artificial intelligence. Recognizing the critical need due to closures of universities and schools, this program aims to deliver free, high-quality training opportunities via online platforms. Women are provided with the ability to remotely acquire new skills in diverse subjects such as technical expertise, language learning, and professional development to help them build their competencies. Additionally, by forging partnerships with companies, this initiative connects women with remote job placement programs, enabling them to find sustainable employment opportunities. The integration of digital training programs with accessible job platforms empowers women to maintain their livelihoods, actively contribute to their communities, and gain a sense of autonomy in challenging circumstances.
